Service Description
Did you know that yoga can boost your immune system? There are specific yoga postures, breathing techniques and essential oils that can help fight off sickness. And when the days are shorter and colder we need all the help we can get! This workshop will give you practical information about improving your health through the practice of yoga, meditation, breathing and essential oils. This practice will incorporate slow mindful movements to target specific areas in the body where we often hold tension and stress. Stress is one of the most common reasons why we get ill. Emma will teach you how to notice your stress and how to let it go. The session will conclude with an option essential oil temple massage with Emma’s very own “Health Blend” which she swears by! Each participant will take home their very own “Health Blend” to ward off any unwanted sickness as well as a handout with Emma’s “Top Tips For Staying Healthy.”
